Dizzy Ducks Lodge is a well-presented, lodge style holiday home providing modern accommodation for six people and up to two dogs on the popular holiday resort of White Cross Bay. This Lake District lodge makes a fantastic choice for families or groups of friends looking to explore everything the area has to offer. With a swimming pool and a number of other facilities on site, you’re never too far from the action, all while being nestled in a quiet corner of the holiday park.

On approach to the lodge, you’ll find a handy parking space from where you can easily unload the car and get your holiday underway. Once inside the lodge, you’re welcomed to the left by a spacious and open-plan living space. A large kitchen, with dining table for six, is home to a large French American fridge freezer; separate wine chiller for those all-important holiday tipples; gas oven and 5-ring hob; microwave; dishwasher; washing machine; and many other modern-day conveniences.

Dizzy Ducks Lodge has a cosy yet airy lounge, with deep cushioned sofas, electric fire and SMART TV setting the tone for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring. From the lounge, access the wrap around deck through floor-to-ceiling French doors. On the veranda, there’s two large tables and seating for six, making this the perfect base to take in the rural surroundings and enjoy spotting nearby wildlife.

The accommodation at Dizzy Ducks Lodge is made up of 3 bedrooms – 1 double bedroom with wall-mounted TV, plenty of storage and a neat en-suite with basin and WC. 2 further twin bedrooms occupy the rear of the lodge, both with TV’s and ample storage. A family shower room with access to a spacious walk-in shower, basin and WC is found in the middle of the lodge.

  • Dizzy Ducks Lodge is on the popular White Cross Bay Holiday Park, with facilities on site including children’s play areas, bar/restaurant, shop, swimming pool and lake frontage. All activities are bookable through the park directly and we cannot guarantee their availability.
  • Dizzy Ducks Lodge has a private Wi-Fi network for use by guests only. ParkDean also provide park wide Wi-Fi free of charge.
  • There is private off-road parking for 1 car, as well as additional visitor parking at the entrance, subject to availability.
  • 2 well behaved pets are welcome.
  • Please note that the lodge is sited under a number of trees, and we therefore advise that their leaves and needles do tend to fall at certain times of year. Every effort will be made to prepare the space for your arrival, but we remind guests of our rural location.
  • There is gas central heating throughout and an electric fire in the lounge.
  • A cot and highchair can be provided where booked in advance – please note that the cot will only fit in the master bedroom and that mattresses/linens are not provided for the cot.
