The open-plan ground floor flows naturally from the well-equipped kitchen to the dining space and on to the cosy living area. The kitchen includes an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The dining area provides a welcoming space to gather after a day out, complete with an electric fire for extra warmth on cooler evenings. One step leads up to the comfortable lounge, where you’ll find a built-in Smart TV, sofa seating and a single rear door opening onto the shaded patio — a quiet, sheltered spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine after exploring the fells.
Upstairs, both bedrooms are bright, inviting and thoughtfully furnished with soft linens, tasteful décor and Smart TVs in each. The spacious master king has a good-sized wardrobe and opens directly onto a private decked terrace with outdoor seating and beautiful lake views — a lovely place to watch the sunrise or relax in the evening. The twin bedroom offers ample drawer storage and limited hanging space, making it ideal for children or friends sharing.
