Right in the heart of Ambleside, Roembeck is a beautifully appointed, dog-friendly Lake District holiday cottage for six, putting the very best of this vibrant Lakeland town on your doorstep. Step outside and you’re moments from independent shops, excellent restaurants, cafés and traditional pubs, with fantastic walks accessible straight from town.

Inside, original flagstone floors, exposed stone walls and oak beams are paired with stylish furnishings and a high-quality contemporary finish. The sociable open-plan living space centres around a log-burning stove, alongside a farmhouse-style dining area and bespoke solid-wood kitchen with granite worktops and Belfast sink.

The sleeping accommodation is split between the main cottage and a separate annexe. Upstairs in the main cottage are two beautifully presented king-size bedrooms, one with a spacious en-suite, alongside the family bathroom. Across the enclosed courtyard, the self-contained annexe provides the third bedroom – a double with its own en-suite – as well as a private lounge, kitchenette and log burner.

This flexible three-bedroom layout works particularly well for two couples, groups of friends and multi-generational families, giving two guests additional independence while keeping everyone close together.

With an enclosed courtyard and a parking permit for one car, Roembeck combines stylish accommodation with an outstanding central Ambleside location.
